"Situational Management & Inter Learning Establishment Society" popularly known as SMILE Society /SMILE NGO was established in 31st Aug 2003 & later Registered under Indian Society Act in 2004 .It works as a volunteer organization. SMILE Was founded by a volunteer  cum social activist named Mr. Debabrata Chakraborty with the support of his entire family & friends who  wanted to bring smile around through volunteer initiative. SMILE runs volunteer abroad programs & volunteer work India programs.  It is now a big platform for International & Local youth who wish to volunteer in India and Abroad for noble causes. SMILE host volunteers from different  International Volunteering association round the world. There are different Volunteering positions are available for whole year.
